Temperature-Controlled Items 
For chilled/frozen products, you must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refunds for temperature-sensitive items may be limited for food safety reasons, subject to applicable law. 
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to:
