1. Delivery Areas
QuickTrolly delivers to selected regions within Germany.
Delivery availability is displayed during checkout once you enter your delivery address.
We may update delivery areas from time to time based on operational capacity.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times depend on location, order volume, and product availability.
• Munich & nearby areas: Same-day or next-day delivery (where available)
• Other regions in Germany: Typically 2–3 working days
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or logistical factors.
3. Delivery Fees & Minimum Order Value
• Delivery fees (if applicable) and minimum order values are clearly displayed during checkout
• These may vary by delivery area and order type
4. Temperature-Controlled & Perishable Items
Orders containing fresh, chilled, or frozen products require special handling.
Important:
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refunds for temperature-sensitive items may be limited, as food safety and quality cannot be guaranteed
5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
• incorrect address details provided by the customer, or
• customer unavailability at the delivery time,
the order may be cancelled or returned.
For perishable goods, refunds may not be possible in such cases.
6. Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be shared via:
• Email or SMS, and/or
• Your customer account (if registered)
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting: info@quicktrolly.com
Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the affected items.
8. Lost Packages
In rare cases where an order is lost during transit, we will work with you and the delivery partner to provide a suitable resolution (refund or replacement), depending on the circumstances.
9. Public Holidays & Exceptional Circumstances
Deliveries may be delayed during public holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen operational disruptions. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
