1. Where we deliver

QuickTrolly delivers throughout Germany and across the European Union.

Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout once you enter your address. If no delivery option appears, your order has not yet reached the minimum value for your delivery area, or we do not currently deliver to your address.

2. Delivery times

Groceries are only convenient if they turn up when you need them, so we keep our delivery windows short and tell you exactly what to expect.

• Munich and surrounding areas — order by 1:00 PM and your shopping arrives the same day
• Rest of Germany — typically 2–3 working days
• Other EU countries — typically 3–7 working days

Occasionally an order may arrive the following day instead. If that happens, we will let you know.

Times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather and other logistical factors.

Other countries

Each country has a minimum order value. Once it is met, shipping is free — except France, where a flat fee of €5.99 applies to every order.

Orders below the minimum for your delivery area cannot be completed. The applicable minimum and any shipping fee are always shown at checkout before payment.

4. Fresh, chilled and frozen items

Orders containing fresh, chilled or frozen products need special handling.

• Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.
• If a delivery fails because nobody was available, refunds for temperature-sensitive items may be limited, as food safety and quality cannot be guaranteed.

5. Failed deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because the address details were incorrect, or because nobody was available to receive it, the order may be cancelled or returned. For perishable goods, a refund may not be possible in these cases.

6. Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, details are sent by email or SMS, and shown in your customer account if you are registered.

7. Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives with missing, damaged or incorrect items, please tell us within 24 hours of delivery at info@quicktrolly.eu.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the affected items.
