Request deletion of your data

Quicktrolly is operated by Neem Cloud GmbH, Wettersteinstraße 1, 82024 Taufkirchen, Germany. This page explains how to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, whether you shop through the Quicktrolly app or through quicktrolly.eu.

How to request deletion

Email info@quicktrolly.eu with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
Tell us the name and email address you used when ordering, so we can find your records.
We will confirm receipt and complete your request within 30 days, as required by the GDPR (Art. 12(3)). If we need longer, we will tell you why.

You do not need an account to make a request, and there is no charge.

What we delete

Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address
Your customer record and marketing preferences
Your notification token, if you ever switched on notifications in the app

What we must keep, and for how long

German commercial and tax law requires us to retain records of completed transactions — invoices, order totals and tax records — for a statutory period of up to 10 years (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB). We cannot delete these before that period ends.

Where we must keep a record, we restrict it to that legal purpose only: it is not used for marketing, is not used to contact you, and is deleted once the retention period expires.

Data that never reaches us

Some information stays on your own phone and is not ours to delete:

Your recent orders list in the app — stored on the device only. Deleting the app removes it.
Your age confirmation for alcohol — stored on the device only.
Your basket and recent searches — stored on the device only.

The Quicktrolly app contains no advertising or analytics services, and never requests your location.

Payment details

Payment card details are entered in the checkout and handled by Shopify and the payment provider you choose. We never see or store your card number, so there is nothing for us to delete. Contact your payment provider for their own retention terms.
