The Neem Cloud Ambassador Program is a voluntary promotional initiative open to students, influencers, creators, and community members who wish to help promote Neem Cloud and its affiliated brands. 
Participation in this program does not constitute employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or contractor relationship.  
No monetary compensation is offered under this program.

How the Ambassador Program Works  
• You submit an ambassador application  
• Neem Cloud conducts a manual review and verification 
• Upon approval, you receive: 
       A unique promotional or referral code  
• You may share your approved code responsibly  
• Each valid usage of the code is tracked internally 
• Upon reaching defined milestones, you receive a discount coupon usable on future purchases 
Rewards & Benefits 
• All rewards are issued only as discount coupons
• No cash, commissions, or payouts are involved 
• Coupons: 
      • Are usable only for future purchases 
      • Have no cash value
      • Are non-transferable
      • Cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for money   
• Reward milestones and coupon values may vary by campaign 
Neem Cloud reserves the right to modify or discontinue reward structures at any time. 
Eligibility 
• The program is open to: 
       • University or college students 
       • Influencers and content creators 
       • Community members with relevant audiences  
All applications are subject to approval and verification. 
1. Ambassador Responsibilities
Ambassadors must:
    • Promote Quicktrolly honestly and responsibly
    • Avoid misleading, deceptive, or false claims 
    • Refrain from spam, bulk messaging, or unethical promotion 
    • Comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure laws
    • Follow Neem Cloud branding and communication guidelines    
2. Referral Code Rules  
• Referral codes are valid only for eligible users, as defined per campaign 
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited 
• Abuse, public misuse, or unauthorized distribution may result in disqualification
• Neem Cloud reserves sole discretion in validating referrals 
3. No Guarantees  
• There is no guarantee of referrals, rewards, or benefits  
• Participation does not guarantee approval, ongoing access, or continued rewards  
• Neem Cloud may adjust, pause, or terminate the program at any time 
4. Termination & Suspension 
Neem Cloud reserves the right to:  
     • Suspend or terminate participation without prior notice 
     • Revoke rewards or coupons in cases of misuse or policy violations
     • Disable referral codes at its discretion 
5. Intellectual Property 
     • Use of Neem Cloud trademarks, logos, or brand assets is permitted only when explicitly authorized 
     • Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination from the program 
6. Data Protection 
Personal data collected as part of the Ambassador Program is processed in accordance with:
     • GDPR
     • Neem Cloud Privacy Policy
Data is used solely for verification, tracking, and program administration. 
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
