1. Where we deliver

QuickTrolly delivers throughout Germany and across the European Union.

Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout once you enter your address. If no delivery option appears, we do not currently deliver to your address (or, for Greece and Malta, the €100 minimum has not been reached yet).

2. Delivery times

Munich and nearby towns — order by 8:00 PM and your shopping arrives the same day. Occasionally an order may arrive the following day instead. If that happens, we will let you know.
Towns around Munich (QuickTrolly delivery) — 1–2 working days, delivered by our own team. We confirm your delivery day within 12 hours.
Moosburg area — weekly delivery; we announce the date in our WhatsApp group.
Rest of Germany — 1–3 working days by DHL / GLS parcel.
Other EU countries — typically 3–7 working days.

Times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather and other logistical factors.

3. Delivery fees

There is no minimum order. Small orders are welcome. You pay a small delivery fee, and bigger orders ship cheaper or free. The exact fee for your address is always shown at checkout before payment.

4. Fresh, chilled and frozen items

Orders containing fresh, chilled or frozen products need special handling.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.
If a delivery fails because nobody was available, refunds for temperature-sensitive items may be limited, as food safety and quality cannot be guaranteed.

5. Failed deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because the address details were incorrect, or because nobody was available to receive it, the order may be cancelled or returned. For perishable goods, a refund may not be possible in these cases.
