Refund Policy (Rückerstattungsrichtlinie)

At QuickTrolly, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued in line with your statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) within 14 days (see our separate Widerrufsbelehrung). Refunds apply to:

  • Orders cancelled within the legal withdrawal period.
  • Returned goods that are unopened, undamaged, and eligible under EU law.
Exceptions:
  • Perishable food products and groceries.
  • Goods sealed for hygiene/health reasons that were unsealed after delivery.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

2. Refund Process

Submit your withdrawal request via email: [support@quicktrolly.eu] or by using our [Widerrufsformular].

  • Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal.
  • Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will confirm eligibility and initiate the refund.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued within 14 days after:

  • We receive the returned goods, or
  • You provide proof of return shipment (whichever comes first).
  • 4. Refund Method

    • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
    • No additional charges will apply for processing the refund.

    5. Shipping Costs

    • Standard delivery charges will be refunded.
    • Additional costs for express or special delivery selected by you will not be refunded.
    • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

    6. Damaged or Defective Products

    If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer:
    • A replacement (if available), or
    • A full refund.
